Group Photo A tradition at Lumon is to have a group photo taken of the department staff. Each employee receives a copy, about 4″ by 6″ in size, in a silver frame. It is one of the few decorations that appear to be allowed on employees’ desks. When a new staff member replaces a departed staff member, Lumon’s policy is to keep the old photos on the desks until the new picture has been taken.
